  • Responsibilities

    Duties: Background in record keeping and computer skills and able to enter technical data.  Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word software programs as well as understand data entry/record systems such as MAXIMO, Tririga and iCompass. Able to answer phones and transfer calls. Manage the conference room’s schedule.  Sort documents into approved filing systems and in accordance with document retention policy. Archive documents for long term storage as required. Schedule appointments for “Fit for Duty” physicals for new and existing workers based on their job description with the onsite clinic. Maintain personal exposures to chemical, physical, and biological agents which may be scanned to pdf and delivered to onsite clinic. Maintain Government equipment calibration and update master list.

    Qualifications

    High School Graduate or GED. Three (3) years technical support experience. Background in record keeping and computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word software programs. Able to answer phones and transfer calls.
