  • Responsibilities

    CSS is looking for a Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for someone who is motivated to succeed, driven to achieve both company and personal goals and dedicated to making an impact. 

    • Full cycle recruiting process including but not limited to screening, interviewing, matching of candidate and client needs, resume counseling, reference checks, managing offers, and consultant/placement care.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges.
    • Maintain candidate pipeline, identifying weaknesses and needs for disciplines and/or industries
    • Become an expert on the market trends
    • Develop create strategies and plans for all aspects of recruiting
    • Manage relationships with existing leadership by identifying needs and/or issues
    • Generate business leads to continually grow candidate and client pipelines.
    • Participate in team and corporate meetings to exceed future recruiting needs



    • 5+ years’ recruiting experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Demonstrable experience in government contracting industry recruiting
    • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
    • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
    • Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
