Join our team! CSS is now hiring a Management Analyst in Silver Spring, MD to support the NOAA Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research.

 

Management Analyst
Education: BA/BS Degree
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Qualifications

Provide support to OAR federal staff as they develop a strategic plan, outcome oriented performance measures, regularly scheduled performance progress reviews, and streamlined assessments and reporting processes.

 

Establish a schedule of events, and related planning tools, that are required for successful strategic, operational, and performance planning, including working sessions with NOAA staff.

 

Provide input to the design and facilitation of training for both individuals and small groups on approaches to and linkages between the organization’s strategic planning and operational planning, performance data collection, and the purpose of performance management.

 

Assist team with aligning formulation, planning and evaluation activities with organization strategic plan and priorities.

 

Provide support to OAR staff to enhance the linkages between performance review, formulation, and evaluation processes.

 

Assist in managing interactions with NOAA scientists and staff in other Line Offices with strategic planning prior to evaluations.
